missingWrote a review on 24 Febamenity varietysecurity issueinsufficient compensation
The hotel's amenities exceeded our expectations during our stay.
Our family had a distressing incident when someone entered our kids' room in the middle of the night, which left them terrified. Despite this being our fourth visit, the staff's response was disappointing. they offered us only free parking as compensation, which didn't address our concerns adequately. The lack of a proper follow-up from the management made us feel undervalued.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection that fueled us for a day on the slopes.
The rooms need a refurb, and my bathroom was not up to par, with a poor shower experience.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a true delight with a huge selection, and the boot room with ski lockers was super handy. The sauna at the end of the day felt like pure bliss, making it the ultimate chill spot after hitting the slopes.
The dining experience could use a tweak. the starters were sometimes scant, and the main dishes felt muddled with too many flavors. Plus, good luck finding parking if you roll in late – it’s a real search party around Saalbach!

Family with children delight
The ski lockers are like magical treasure chests for your gear. Plus, the breakfast was out of this world! ! You could order fresh eggs and omelets like you got a breakfast genie at your service.
It wasn't cheap, but I'd still say it was worth it.
